The hotel was recently renovated, and the rooms were super clean despite having a few flaws like water damage on the bath ceiling and gouges in the bathroom door. The location was perfect, near many stores and just off the highway, making it convenient for a short stay. However, the rooms were a bit cold initially, and it took a while for the heat to get going. A channel guide was also missing, which could be improved.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms, with the refrigerator and microwave, seemed roomier than the one we were in last year, but unfortunately, our room was too close to the main entrance, leading to too much noise. Additionally, there was peeling wallpaper in the room. The service, while friendly, had some issues like being woken up by staff at exactly 11:00 am to ask if I was checking out, and they seemed to work long hours with little attention to details like mold on the shower curtain or restocking the complimentary coffee bar. The location was convenient for my business purposes, but it wasn't within walking distance to restaurants or shopping. Regarding dining, the variety was good but some items were not up to par, and there were issues with power outlets in the room. The facilities were decent overall.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was clean, had a king bed with new comfy bedding, a large refrigerator, and plenty of outlets next to the bed for C-pap users and device charging, but it just wasn't very spacious. The service was hospitable and the staff had great customer service skills, especially Taylor, who even helped with warming up my car. The location was convenient as it was right off the highway, but not within walking distance to restaurants or shopping if you don't enjoy long walks. The dining experience had a nice variety of food options, but some items were served cold or lukewarm. Overall, the hotel is decent for the price paid.
